Most pests enter from the outside, so we focus on a strong exterior perimeter barrier — treating the foundation, eaves, entry points, and landscaping areas where pests like to harbor. If pests have already made it indoors, we treat interior areas as well.

Quarterly service is the standard in Florida and works well for most homes when the exterior barrier is maintained consistently. For homes with heavier pest pressure or customers who prefer more frequent coverage, we also offer bi-monthly service plans. Either way, you're covered.

Quarterly service (every 3 months) is the standard in Florida and is sufficient for most homes when the exterior barrier is maintained properly. Homes with heavier pest activity or those near wooded areas, water, or agricultural land may benefit from bi-monthly (every other month) service.

Do you treat inside the home?

Yes. If pests are active indoors, we treat inside as well as outside. For regular maintenance visits, most of the treatment focuses on the exterior perimeter — because that's where pests enter. If you're seeing activity inside between visits, just call us and we'll come back at no charge.

Do you treat inside the lanai or screen enclosure?

Yes. We treat inside lanais and screen enclosures, particularly for spiders and web removal along the enclosure frame and surrounding exterior areas.

Are your treatments safe for my family and pets?

Absolutely. We use professional-grade, EPA-registered products applied by licensed technicians. We'll let you know of any specific precautions for your treatment — typically just staying off treated surfaces until they dry.
